About Founder

Mr. Ashok Patel, started his entrepreneurial journey at a very young age and became one of the youngest channel partners of Hiranandani Group. He has been a platinum & gold performer consistently, and has been a Gold performer for 3 years. Within Hiranandani, he has managed to make a loyal clientele of over 3000 and deals with properties worth upto 90 crores yearly. He started his first job in a real estate firm, while he was a teenager, and envisioned a firm of his own built on the principles of Honesty and Hardwork. He quit his job to bring that vision to reality, and thus Landmark Homez was founded.

The journey has been full of challenges, but he emerged successfully in the field of real estate.Mr. Ashok Patel has a strong set of fundamentals in which he firmly believes – Honesty, Commitment & Investor satisfaction on both ends.
