AI City Lucknow is an ambitious technology and innovation project of the Government of Uttar Pradesh aimed at creating a dedicated ecosystem for Artificial Intelligence (AI), DeepTech, data infrastructure, research, startups and technology companies. The project is envisioned as a major technology hub that can bring AI companies, researchers, startups, investors and advanced computing infrastructure together at one location. 

According to the latest information published by Invest UP, Phase-I of the proposed AI City is planned over 20+ acres within the larger 258.59-acre IT and mixed-use development at Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow. The project is being planned with high-speed optical-fibre connectivity, substantial power infrastructure and supporting water, sewage, storm-water and waste-management facilities. 

What is AI City Lucknow?

The concept is not simply to establish a collection of IT offices. The proposed AI City is intended to bring several parts of the AI value chain together—from computing infrastructure and research to product development, testing, startups and commercial deployment.

Phase-I of the AI City itself is planned over 20+ acres, with a maximum FAR of 4 and additional FAR incentives linked to green-building certifications such as GRIHA, IGBC and LEED.
